OMNI is an innovative regulatory support platform, developed in Switzerland by London Interactive Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 10109774, with its registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, England. Where this notice says we, us or LIM, it means that company.
London Interactive Marketing Ltd is the controller of the personal data described below. For any question about this notice or about your data, write to info@omniavhub.com.
This notice explains what personal data we collect through the OMNI website at omni-av.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors to the website and to anyone who contacts us through it.
It does not cover the OMNI platform itself. Where an operator, authority or other organisation uses the platform in live operations, the handling of data is governed by the agreement in place with that organisation, which acts as controller for the flight, crew and maintenance data it submits.
Your name, your organisation if you choose to give it, your email address and the content of your message.
Your first and last name, your email address, the role category you apply under, and your confirmation that you accept the membership terms.
If you write to us directly, we hold your address and whatever you put in the message.
Our hosting provider automatically records the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the response status and the browser identification string for each visit. This is standard for any website and is needed to run it securely.
We do not ask for special category data as defined in Article 9 of the UK GDPR, and we ask you not to send sensitive personal information through the website forms. If you need to send us something confidential, ask us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
The website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts, and the fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from an external provider. Nothing on the site follows you across other websites or builds a profile of you.
This is why you are not asked to accept cookies when you arrive. If we ever introduce anything that requires consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we will ask you before it runs and update this notice first.
We use the data from the contact and membership forms to answer your enquiry, to assess a partnership or membership application, and to carry on the discussion that follows. Where you are asking us to take steps ahead of a possible agreement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and building partnerships under Article 6(1)(f), having satisfied ourselves that this does not override your interests, since you chose to contact us and the data involved is ordinary business contact information.
We use server log data to keep the site available and secure and to investigate faults or abuse, relying on our legitimate interest in the security of our systems under Article 6(1)(f).
We do not send marketing you have not asked for, and we do not sell, rent or share your data for anyone else's marketing.
Within OMNI, your data reaches the people who handle enquiries and partnerships. Beyond that it goes only to the service providers we use to run the website and our email:
Both act on our instructions under a written data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes. We disclose personal data to anyone else only where the law requires it, or where we need to take or defend legal claims.
The website, its logs and the mailbox are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. Switzerland is covered by the United Kingdom's adequacy regulations, so this transfer needs no additional safeguard.
Messages generated by the website forms pass through Postmark in the United States before reaching that mailbox. This transfer is made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as set out in the provider's data processing agreement.
We delete data sooner if you ask and there is no legal reason to keep it.
The site is served only over an encrypted connection, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Access to form submissions and to the mailbox is restricted to the people who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication. We review these measures periodically, and we hold ourselves to them the more firmly because assurance is what our product is for.
You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it. You may ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete, to erase data we no longer need, to restrict how we use it, to provide it in a portable form, and to object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done beforehand.
Write to info@omniavhub.com and we will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
We make no decisions about you by automated means through this website, and we do not profile visitors.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this notice and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will say so on the page.
