1. Who we are

This website is operated by London Interactive Marketing Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 10109774, registered office 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR. Contact us at info@omniavhub.com.

2. Using this site means accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change them, and the version posted here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

3. What is on this site is information, not advice

The material on this site is general information about OMNI and about the regulatory environment it addresses. It is not regulatory, legal, operational, airworthiness or safety advice, and it must not be relied on as such.

Where we refer to regulations, rules or standards, including EASA and U-space requirements, we describe them as we understand them at the time of writing. Rules change, they are applied differently in different jurisdictions, and the authoritative text is always the instrument itself as published by the relevant authority.

Nothing on this site relieves any operator, organisation or individual of their own obligations. Responsibility for deciding whether a flight may depart, and for compliance with the applicable rules, remains with the parties who already hold it. Take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

4. Accuracy and availability

We take care over what we publish but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site will be available or uninterrupted.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, logos and the OMNI name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own internal reference. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute or exploit it commercially, or use it to train or evaluate any automated system, without our written permission. Our status as the author must not be removed.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site. In particular you may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or database connected with it, introduce anything malicious, attack it, scrape it systematically, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or impair it.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at info@omniavhub.com rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will respond.

7. Links

Where we link to other websites we do so for information only. We do not control them and we accept no responsibility for them. You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly and do not suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist.

8. Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. The site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all conditions and warranties implied by law to the fullest extent permitted, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

If you are a consumer rather than a business user, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
